William Conklin, born Boise, Idaho, April 30, 1935; admitted to bar, 1960, Montana. Education: Harvard University (B.A., cum laude, 1957); University of Montana (LL.B., with high honors, 1960). Editor-in-Chief, Montana Law Review, 1959-1960. Great Falls City Attorney, 1967-1970.
